For Google Ads synchronization, you need to have administrative access to your Google Ads account. Our platform requires read permissions to access campaign and performance data, but we don't make any changes to your campaigns without explicit authorization.

Product data is automatically synchronized every 12 hours by default. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from your dashboard. For premium plans, we offer hourly synchronization to ensure your product data is always up-to-date.

Yes, our platform supports managing multiple Merchant Center accounts. The number of accounts you can manage depends on your subscription plan. Pro and Agency plans allow for multiple account management with centralized reporting.
